who knew $2.50 on bunny ears could make a girl so happy. really- she's gotta have the ears, skirt and princess book all the time.
Grace seems to want all of the SAME stuff also(like, when elsie has it). kids are fun....
this "reverence tent" lasted 1/4 of 1 conference session .mind you it took a half hour also to set up.
do i get credit for actually TRYING to hear some of it?
i hope because the days of my children sitting quietly in a reverence tent seem so far away.....
we went on a little family nature walk after general conference at Usery pass. (the kids needed out of the house.) Eric took Elsie(backpack) and the older kids up to the top and i stayed with grace.
Grace sat on a cactus- after i picked all the thorns out of her butt i needed a way to pass the time.....
So i knocked off this prickly pear and scraped off all the needles w/ a ROCK, just like the indians! my hands are quite swollen from this little task, dang needles.
now i need to know what to do with it. i swear i saw something on food network - i'll google it and let you know.
eric bought himself this fancy tv. i just cancelled cable- he almost cried. really- we hardly ever even watch tv- it was all about the packers, who are losing. so it shouldn't even matter, geez.
anyway, we figured out how to hook the computer up to the tv, genius- i know. i download movies from zml.com or get on the network stations and watch the shows right there on the cool tv!
i could even blog if i wanted too- but lets not feed that obsession anymore.
you can get the cords at radio shack.... you need a audio one that goes into the receiver and a VGA cord to go from the comp to tv. if you know of anymore good websites for shows- LET ME KNOW(especially kids ones- they did actually cry)

No real comment on all your random-ness, just wanted to tell you I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the new family photo at the top of your blog. It's cute of everyone and even shows off little personalities--way to go Linz and Williams fam for looking so cute!
Haha I laughed out loud when I read that you cancelled cable. Nice TV Eric! I love hiking and walking around at Usery. I hear the weather is finally cooling down there (of course it has to be after I leave though).
Seriously Sarah, I must comment on how much I love your blog. Every time I need a good laugh I know where to go... I love how down-to-earth and honest you are (most people aren't like that anymore). Plus I think you've got the cutest 4 kids around.
cancelling cable right after eric bought that tv... probably the most hilarious ironically cruel thing i've heard! you crack me up!
We had a cactus incident too this weekend!! What the heck. See ya at stroller today. Sorry I missed Monday...I was bummed and I'm feeling a bit flabby and lazy this week...I had such a great week last week! Going on vacation is nice, but when you over eat and don't work out...you come back grouchy!
love the "reverence tent"...i tried printing off the conference packet and my kids colored on it for 10 minutes and I had 28 sheets of paper scattered everywhere. i give up!
