i think i've FIXED it. i think my diet was off. i feel a lot better now. (still haven't given up the diet coke- working on it, baby steps) i added in all this stuff.....

Way back in scripture times, warriors used this to substain them in battles. you make a gel out of it by covering in water or you mix it in like you would flax. it works! i feed it to my kids and they can even tell a difference!

- more omega 3's than anything else.
go to the link and read about them. i really think this has made the biggest difference in my diet. sprouts has them but they are pricey (86 cents a oz) i get them through a co-op. if your interested let me know.

most women are tired, LOTS of women are anemic. this has 20% of your daily iron needs and lots of calcium. i take it twice a day w/ a glass of almond milk (low carb and cal). it even helps prevent gray hair!

vegis.9 a day. this has taken me along time to get to but i now enjoy vegis. i can tell a big difference in my health too.
spinach smoothies- really, if you throw in some fruit you can hardly taste it. frozen vegis- there are so many cool mixes, put in omelets, stir-frys or just by themselves. hummus really makes vegis taste better too. check out raw, vega, and vegetarian blogs for ideas (i'm not-they just have good ideas)

Oh I don't know if I could manage to put spinach in a fruit smoothie, even if fruit overpowers the taste. Its the color I couldn't do. Sarah-I admire you for how health conscious you are and eating 9 veggies a day?! Wow. I'm gonna have to go on a big time diet with your help after our little girl is born!

Okay...I think I could eat the chia seeds and cacao, BUT do you cook them or just eat them like that??? Where do you get them??
