what? its my daily eating/exercise journal. with some exercises and recipes too.
why? it is not perfect! but just doing it 2 days has helped me be more mindful.
can i do it? yes, it would be lots more fun if others joined in! if you don't feel comfortable posting your weight and eating regimn yet- thats ok.
again...WHY??? start keeping track of your diet and exercise,(maybe create your own new blog that no one else will see)
studies show that if you are
- accountable to some one else
- keep a food/exercise log
you will have a much higher success rate at getting healthy than if you did it alone

Love the updates on your cleaning and outings.
I taught my girls how to clean the bathroom last week.
I love the idea of an eating/exercise blog.
I keep thinking of doing a more personal journal blog and that could double.
We are actually really busy. Heading to reunion this weekend, and over to Prescott for a couple of days.
Then we will head to Utah/Idaho and Montana.
Can't believe only 4 weeks left, isn't that sick?
I am ready though. Looking into Cambridge academy, year round. I love, love, love Franklin. It would just be nice to send them in flip flops and shorts, and have a 2 week break every 8 weeks of school. Anyhoo... sorry for rambling. I might switch to 24 hr fittness gym.

I still have some pounds (not telling) to drop after having Allie but I don't think I can use her as an excuse anymore cosidering she's 18 months! Darn.
