I'm so tired at night.

I take a melatonin and sleep all night, uninteruted and I can get up! (herb-google it if sleep deprived)
I'm trying to get tough.... doing the Crosfit workouts. I have to get up at 5am. (small window when my husband is home and its not really hot)
I saw this little surprise on my way to the jr high. Pretty... especially for a June in AZ.


I go run bleachers so I can do the http://www.bisbee1000.org/.
It's 1000 stairs mixed in 4.5 miles, in Oct.
ANYONE can come with me (ladies) I'm going to rent a little house, it'll be fun.

I'm usually up at 5 am. And 3 am, 12 midnight...

But there is not a good chance I will get out of my jammies and do crossfit workouts. I do admire you for it :)
