When my mom called she said- oh, they are good kids and she didn't tell them about Elsie.
The economys bad, the owner said well....ok.
The place had 7 rooms. We stayed in the pricipals room, grandparents in the art room.
When we arrived the owners jaw dropped when he saw my cute 2 year old. He went on about the signifigance of the antiques and how kids aren't to touch them.
We did pretty good- Elsie got lipstick on a lacey pillow but I was able to get it out after 5 min of scrubbing. She had a small screaming tantrum at 1am - I think he was excited to see us go.

It s a great place if over 50.
These were like a ladder, Scary! They led to some little houses with crazy art people.
Most were like this, just a bunch of stairs going up to a street with more houses. It was a fun way to see the town, other than driving around doing touristy things.
I really like Bed and breakfasts, they have a neat little charm to them.
I suggest them for getaways with just your spouse.
Thankfully, there was a park and basketball court right below the Inn so we could stay away from the seniors reading and relaxing in peace.
oh, there was NO internet OR TV's, are you even more impressed with my kids now? I was.
Theres a race they do in Bisbee where you climb 1000 stairs and run a lot of hills.....www.bisbee1000.org
We did over 1200- the kids counted.
The race is in October, if you want to do it with me let me know!

I want to do the stair climb! I'm trying to see how many other people I can talk into doing it with us! Better make sure hubby's on board with watching the kids again - LOL!
