new years resolutions, keeping it simple.....
  • go to bed early, this was supposed to make me get up earlier but i'm not.
  • read my scriptures- something other than the illustrated ones. i bought book of mormon made easy to help me out.
  • have a clean kitchen sink every night. thats it for house cleaning goals. (www.flylady.net says to start there and add in stuff- i have yet to add in)
  • sign up for some running event every other month. this is suppossed to motivate me to run but i think i'm actually going to just show up at the event and hope to survive it. like this ragnar relay...i just looked up my leg of the relay- hard, extremly hard and hard. hmm, i should probably start training.
  • be smarter. i've been reading the NEW YORK TIMES. i told eric that smart people read it so he needs to start bringing me one. (its a little over my head, i don't see this one sticking) and i've been listneing to NPR podcasts cuz smart people listen to NPR.
  • i'm on the bodybuider diet again, it seems to work the best for me. (i had a little 6 month experiment going)i'm posting my meals on facebook if anyone cares. really its the best way to get muscle definition and not have to work out a TON. its not very hard either, you can EAT and 7 times a day. gotta love that.

someone ask me how i'm doing in Feb so maybe i'll keep a few of these.

i can't understand the new york times... i need to start slow with the mesa trib or az repub. but i'm too cheap to subscribe, so i guess i'll have to figure out another way to stay up on current events.

Yeah, I've tried the New York Times too and even Wall Street (of course my mom reads both daily-go figure).

I've tried the goal of getting to bed earlier too, but I've come to conclude its too hard. I get too much done at night after everyone's in bed.

I love New Year's resolutions. I swear not even half of mine really get accomplished ever. Good luck ;)
