SANTA! AT OUR HOUSE....
Eric was up late at night and he swore he heard some reindeer out on the rooftops.
He ran around the back of the house and could hardy believe his eyes- there was Santa on our roof! Trying to squeeze in our chimney! Suddenly he disappeared....

Eric ran in the house, super sneaky and saw Santa eating up all the cookies we left him!
As soon as Eric took the picture the presents appeared and Santa was out in a flash.
He heard he exclaim as he drove out of sight- Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.
The kids totally knew he was real.
They kept telling us.
we just tell them- if you don't believe in Santa he won't bring you presents.
(we don't want them in therapy talking about how we lied to them for years. we're keeping it simple)

Best Presents for everyone this year-
Eric- Sears rolling toolbox, maybe we'll get our bathroom finished. (thanks for all the $ grandpas and grandmas)
Sarah- Garmin GPS heart rate monitor. its going to make me like running. its pretty fun, i plug it into the computer and it shows me charts- how fast i went, how high my heart rate was and the exact course i ran. a bunch of other cool stuff i haven't figured out yet.
Trake- Wii games. He got a bunch of toys but they've already lost their thrill.
Brynly- It was the guitar, its lost its thrill already too. She got a new room, but she feels she was entitled to that one. -today she was feeling ripped off b/c she didn't get any toys. believe me, there was a lecture.
Grace- Castle from santa and a barbie.
Elsie- the great thing about 2 year olds is- you keep it simple. She got some webkinz, the older kids can use the codes and every ones happy.

I love that! So cool! Happy Christmas Birthday by the way! This whole economy thing has made it so I'm not renewing my yearly membership at MTSide. Why, when I can go to 2 others for free...I'm still sad though. Maybe time to put in an app :)
