elsie is super sick. we feel asleep like this. foam roller relieves tension headaches. like the kind you get from crabby, sick kids
when you can't hold them any longer...put them in the bike. sweet outfit i have going isn't it.
they both fell asleep. flash woke them up. grace wanted to keep going. NO-im exhausted you slept through the whole thing, i promise we went on a LONG ride! its a heavy load, these two.

So sorry Elsie is sick! Having a sick kid is the worst. You are far from being frumpy, Sarah. You always look great and you are the most fit mom of 4 I have ever known!
