Sarah- how'd the weekend go?
Eric- Elsie threw up like 5 times and grace has pink eye. i've been doing laundry ALL weekend.
Sarah- thats sad. i had a lot of fun. it was a great vacation.
some other leaders at girls camp were stressed out and i reminded them... this is cake, compared to being at home.
Eric- ya, this mom things not that easy.
Sarah- (looking in the fridge) what did you feed them? it all the same stuff i left.
Eric- Barros, mcdonalds, cereal, mac and cheese...you know whatever they wanted.
Sarah-so not really any fruits or vegetables?
Eric- did you hear the part about THE SICK KIDS? and you know what???....they watched a lot of tv and played a lot of video games. BUT I cleaned the kitchen.
Sarah- your amazing honey.
(a little later)...the carseats in the garage still...did you not go anywhere?
Eric- Nope...I'm not taking 4 kids anywhere- are you nuts???
i guess so.
camp was so fun b/c i got to sleep in till 7 am!
all my dumb jokes got laughed at.
there were some freaking good meals- for EVERY meal too( diet blog goes back into effect on Wed, not getting on the scale till then)
it was very uplifting- i've been neglecting soul lately.
NO CHILDREN UNDER 12!(i love mine and all but breaks are VERY good for you)

I hear ya! I leave for Girl's Camp next Wed - Sat YAHOO! Sounds like when I was gone for 2 weeks and when I came home all the fruits and veggies were still in the fridge some were bad. The freezer was stocked with junk food or not so good stuff. Grateful that hubby survived 2 weeks though! ; )
Glad to hear your positive spin on camp, cause I sometimes think it might suck (if i ever have to go). If it ever does come down to me going, I will remember your post and try to be happy about it.
I love Eric's take on the whole weekend, kind of how I feel every day.
I love reading your blog Sarah. You're just so REAL. You also amaze me at all the stuff you are able to do and how talented you are.
You get to sleep to 7 when your home, maybe 6:30 but practically the same??
Glad you survived, we leave on wed the 23rd. hope todd does as well as eric!!
