COME TO MT.SIDE FITNESS ON WEDNESDAY AT 9:30- STROLLER STRENGTH

I start back at the gym tomarrow- yeah! i wish i'd gone this last month but sadly i don't unless i get paid. my class is a smoking great workout- bring kids 3 and under. they run all around and play with fun toys or even ditch the kids in the childcare. if your out of shape- you have your baby as a excuse, stop and "check on them" every one in awhile. if you want to come try it- tell the front desk Sarah told youyou could come to try out the stroller class and they'll let you in.

Our director just quit so i need lots of people or they may cancel it- and its so fun- i want to get us ready for some runs ths fall!

for a month i didn't do my classes b/c i make lots more $ on swim lessons. but seriously how much do i have to work out to not gain weight. it's really frustrating! i guess my pilates classes and running lots is what i have to do. b/c this last month i've just been doing water aerobics and some walking and i'm up 8 pounds! so i'm motivated and dedicated to get back on the ball! i'll post my new regimn- I think'll keep me from cheating as much.

I would love to go! Wait...I'm subbing a class at LAFit making 12bucks an hour! Embarassing...I shouldn't even admit that. But hey, I love it and it's a ton less pressure than mt side...
