i was working for about 3 months to try and learn this so i could teach at a karate studio. but i was prego and it got a little hard, you'll see why.
i'm now kicking my own butt....in the last 2 weeks- down 5 pounds. check the other blog for EVERYTHING i did.
I love SELF mag. it keeps you motivated. (read the article about 20 foods to lose weight too-you'll like it)
BORED?? get up and exercise! go to the link and watch the video, you can pause it while you do the moves.
-its about 10 min FUN and challenging.

Our girls camp was only wed thru sat. so not so bad. I don't know if I could do 5 days either!
