Last time we went to dland, we ruined our camera on splash mt. These were the only pics I got before my camera phone battery died.

when we were walking into dland a lady offered us two 3 day park hopper tics for $50! she had won them on the radio and was a local. I convinced eric to get the kids 2 day ones and we could come back another day.
Eric doesn't get Walts amazing dream....he sees way to many people in long lines and lots of $$ leaving his wallet. He argued w/ me but gave in eventually.

sarahs wisdom- husbands may complain. but if they give in eventually they should still get points for giving in. I used to tell eric that if he complains he doesn't get credit. thats silly though, if they don't want to do it- they should at least get to complain a little. i really didn't learn this one till 2 days ago. this advice will save a lot of disagreements. let them vent a little.(i just block it out and say "thank you, i appreciate you." "i know you don't like crowds- think of the children" ...i'm still working on the hint of sarcasm in my voice.)

The first day we brought Trake, Brynly and Grace. Elsie stayed with grandma. That was great. I can see that someday vacations will be much easier.

oh that was mean, you know... babies just have a hard time. scared of ocean waves, can't sleep w/o their own bed, need to be carried a lot. she was actually pretty good compared to the other ones at her age- neglecting the 4th does help them be more independent.

The next day- Eric stayed with the little girls. Trake and Brynly came with me. We went for 4 hours, thats really all you need of dland. That was even more fun- note to self....when your kids are 7 and 9 your vacations will be vacations.

Gracies is still a little weak from her broken leg. we ended up carrying her a lot. she had fun and whatnot its just a lot of work for mom and dad. eric kept muttering...happiest place on earth, happiest place on earth....trying to convince himself.

That is some sound advice on the husbands thing Sarah! I tell Layn the same thing all the time- 'if you complain you don't get credit'. Too funny.
