what jobs have you had?
hogi yogi (it was way cool back in the 90's, seriously-no chinese food)
honeybaked ham for 1 day (awful, i HATE food service. it was at xmas too-crazy busy. i quit)
concession stands at the football stadium(it was a fundraiser for synchro. we got to watch the last 30 min of the concert or game, whatever was going on. i did that maybe 5 times-sucked, food service again)
sample lady at the grocery store (another synchro fundraiser, i got to keep the leftovers. kids were annoying)
alta mesa country club pro shop- sounds cool but its a private club so it was actually pretty boring. i had 3 pros that could've given me golf lessons for free but wasn't the least bit interested. eric can't believe i passed that one up.
ski pro- this had to be one of my coolest jobs ever. i made NO money. it all went back in the store. I worked there right before I met eric. I went snowboarding 13 seperate times in one season in AZ-thats amazing. good thing I met eric, he had to pay my rent for awhile(before we were married!)
At one time I worked at 7 gyms-eric had free memberships to all of them and used NONE. I lifeguarded and coached at 3 places, I worked for 3 swim lessons companies at one time. I drove all over teaching lessons or a class here and there to avoid getting a desk job/real job, it was incredibly ineffiecient. I think the worst torture for me would be a desk job for 8 hours a day. sadly I have probably had 5 or 6 more jobs, but you might think i'm a airhead if i post them all.
What were you doing 10 years ago?
poor, pregnant, in school, 20, living in a 500 sq foot studio above a garage- happy!
Do you read other people blogs?
I read everyones who post on mine because I feel like they are my friends and I feel special. I like to browse blogs of note too. don't randomly go to "next blog" theres some BAD stuff out there.
Does your family read your blog?
I think so... i hope because were REALLY bad about calling any family. they are just as bad though
How did you meet your husband?
He served his mission here and was in my ward. I saw him at church when I was 17(!) and said I was going to marry him. (nevermind i said that about most hot missionaries) he was different... hes a really entertaining speaker and impressed me. I never talked to him though- just gazed from a distance....
then he moved back here after his mission (from wisconsin) and my friend said- you HAVE to meet this guy. when i saw him I knew it was the one I said I was going to marry... it took me 4 months to convince him to propose
