SPRING BREAK
I used to be a good mom. I'd take the kids on outings, teach them to read all that stuff moms are supposed to do. I even used to COOK.
I don't know what happened to me...
This spring break I had Trake and Brynly home and I told them they were going to earn LOTS of money. So I paid them a quarter for each of the following things...
walk elsie around the block in the stroller, work on gracies letters, learn how to do laundry, clean up 30 things in the back yard(there really is that much to clean up), play with elsie in your room, play soccer with grace, cook, your getting the gist of this....entertain the little kids and learn how to do more chores.

Some might say, oh sarah your teaching them responsibility, thats a good mom thing. hey, thanks. but i was actually being lazy.
I didn't get around to any fun spring break outings. the Wii takes you on all kinds of adventures, right? olympics, galaxy,the lake...
as for the COOKING- I so love fresh and easy. We have one really close by and everyday around 3pm they mark down stuff. I go everyday. A bit obssesed I know.
But the thing is, they give you these 5 off $20 coupons everytime you go. then you get you 1/2 off clearance stuff, cheap. AND this is the best part, its already prepared! I get whatever is on sale and thats dinner. Its so dang fun, no more worrying about what to prepare, not that I did that much anyways...
I even ride my bike there, holy crap on the gas, we don't live in Europe! I'm NOT giving up my SUV dangit! ya, i'll just ride my bike everywhere so i can afford to have it sit in the garage.....
