STEVIA- Its SO much better than Spenda. Its actually a herb that has 300 times the sweetness of sugar. It has zero calories and 2 teaspoons has as much fiber as a bowl of cereal. Its hard to bake with though so I use it in drinks; smoothies, milk, herbal tea. If your craving something sweet its great. It has tons of other health benefits, google it to learn!
BLACK BEANS- Fiber is the key to making you feel full, black beans have the most of all the beans(I think) . Everyday I have black beans with 2% fat cheese(some things just can't be fat free) and taco bell sauce. Sometimes I add in a low carb tortilla but they taste really bad=(
Omelets are the bomb! There are so many things you can put in them! Every kind of vegi, beans, spices on and on. Costcos precooked bacon crumbles are yummy. Eric puts taco meat in???. I have a 3 egg white and 1 egg omelet for breakfast (all whites is to watery).
