Thought it be good to post some pics of my yoga classes. I'm not to traditional. I love foam rollers.
Swim bootcamp- I had them put on a backpack, with a rope attached, and 35 pd weight. Then run around! Super fun.
Thats me pulling Brynly on the weight.
Drill with the tennis balls. I've been doing this a LONG time. I'm always looking for creative new tricks.
