Mt Side- Core Bootcamp. 30 min Agility/strength/endurance workout. 30 min Pilates Reformer Bar. 6:30 M/W

Tough Kids- Also at Mt. Side. 5:30 M/W

Cross fit On Ramp- Crossfit gym on Power and Baseline. 5:30 am M/W/F.
Girlfriends- 7-8 pm selected dates.

Synchro Mamas- Brimhall Pool. T/Th 6-7. Sat. 8-9:30.
