Me running at 11:30 at night, on a highway. (not looking as foxy)
It was fairly scary, i ran some 8:30 miles, on hills because I was pretty freaked out!
I thought that was pretty good, since I'm not a runner.
I think my cross training helped a lot.
Like the yoga deep breathing b/c I was dying at the elevation.
My legs were pretty dead but having semi trucks driving right at you makes you forget about the pain in your legs and keep going.
