HOW to get RIPPED like Julia.......

i'm sure she looks great for a 48 year old but there is NO WAY she has those abs.
I'm serious. look at her legs. The only way she can get abs that defined is by doing strength training. Her legs are like sticks. If shes 48- steriods are the only way she'd have abs like that and they'd be ugly.
Just venting. I found a good website to get you off the crazy diets/supplements out these days- www.flzine.com they aren't told to sell anything and they are fairly blunt. It opens your eyes on how to get in shape.
exercise, resistance training and eating( thats 80% of it and you do have to eat, yeah.)

i agree... those chicken legs don't look like they've done any exercise recently.
I totaly agree her legs are not toned at all how do you get one part of ypur boddy so toned and not the other

we saw this last night.
i thought maybe it wasn't too airbrushed because those dimples on her sides are weird looking.
