i'm coaching synchro 8 hours a week or so. We're moving right into competition season. (these girls are really pretty w/o all the makeup- i'm not a huge fan of it, but thats how it goes )BOOT CAMP- i started teaching bootcamp back in Oct. We just finished up the New Years session.
I really like it, besides getting up at 5am, its nice to get the workout of the way.
Mt Side gives you a free membership while your doing bootcamp!
If you were thinking about joining the gym this is a good way to try it out and give yourself a kick in the BOOTie.
