she swam in the 9-10 age group they got 2nd good.
she gets all sad if she doesn't get a medal.

they really have a lot of fun together.
this is the look i get when i coach Brynly.i'm a good coach too. she doesn't listen to me though. she says, "I KNOW MOM, i've got it!"
(her coach's- Katelyn and Lorette deserve lots more $ than they make.)

when it really comes down to it she tends to avoid me at the meets.
It must be the tween phase or something.
These are the girls I coach. They love me, except when i yell at them. Which they say is a lot but its only because they talk CONSTANTLY. (13-16 year olds)
Most of them won't swim on Sunday so they swam on Saturday in the Intermediate age group.
They got first! It the first year doing competitive synchro for all of them and they have come along way.
We had 4 lifts that were great....(no touching the bottom)
- One Bethany was lifted up out of the water in the splits.
- Lindsay went up on a platform as they moved across the pool.
- Justine was thrown in a backflip
- Marissa was lifted up to her ankles
The music is from Hercules, very powerful.
