this pic is "hold you mommy"
i know, what a awful mother i am to make her stay and look at santas all night.
elsie didn't like him either. although he did do a wonderful mexican interpretation of The Night Before Christmas.
santa was also clueless but he told her if she'd clean her room he'd have the elves get it.
we rushed to the party right after synchro- hence the wet hair. brynly wants a guitar. she's set on that b/c we told her we aren't getting a dog.
sadly i don't think santa will be able to make a guitar- you know they are just so to hard to play and santa doesn't give out lessons, or something like that.
trake asked for the same thing he asks for every year... a snowglobe. santa told him he was a good kid b/c thats all he wanted.
really thats all he wants from santa.
he wants a bunch of other stuff from grandma an grandpa, we told him were on a tight budget, he said "ok you guys get me star wars force something for wii and gram and graps can get the rest."
Family update- we're exhausted.
erics been working 2:30 am to 6 ish most nights. then he goes and coaches soccer. the parents and kids just love him.
he rolls around on the ground, plays dora games, chases them... hes super fun but it wears him out!
people keep asking when he'll quit that dang paper route...not in the near future. we keep managing to spend $ and with the uncertain economy we're probably stuck. his future at Kitchell is looking ok though- meaning he'll most likely be able to hold onto his job. no raises or promotions but you take what you can.
sarah- adding the bootcamp into my schedule is kicking my butt.
i learned today when i did some yoga in bootcamp - that people don't think it's hard...then they tried my 10 min worth and couldn't believe i do that for a hour in my classes.
8 hard classes a week is really a lot for me. i'm super sore and could really go to bed by 9 every night.
Synchro...its competetion time of year. we have lots of certifications, practices and long weekend meets. i'm really glad elsie is at a age where shes fine staying with daddy all day- it makes it much easier to do. brynly is stil enoying it and its nice i get paid a little to do something with her. NOTE- I DO NOT COACH BRYNLY. i don't think i ever will, i'm so much harder on my own kids than anyone elses!
also helping at graces preschool a few hours a week.
even though i'm so tired i really do enjoy it and i'll keep doing it.
i keep telling eric i'll get to those 9 loads of clean laundry on the floor of our bedroom.
