eric:sure.
we are now going through "crying it out" so she'll stay in the crib. i'm getting all sorts of lectures about how mean i am. i know shes cute but i can't sleep with her!!!!! i'm to old to do this anymore, i need my sleep.
it was a stressful day, at night i wanted to go run.
We run a 4.5 mile loop. which means you have to finish to get to your car. my back was hurting a little but my friend said suck it up and run! (thanks emily).
I get home and move everyone back to their beds, then yesterday morning and i can't even stand up! i looked like a hunchback. killer lower back pain.
I TEACH YOGA. i should be able to fix my back!!! i stretch, roll on the foam roller, go to the chiropractor twice- and i'm still jacked up.
i give up on the natural stuff, go to the dr today and i tell him how hard i tried to fix myself, he laughs and gives me a perscription, feeling a little better.
if i could just rest, i think it would get better.
my children want nothing to do with this plan though.
i swear, some kind of tragedy always happens around the holidays, usually expensive too-

Oh I feel your pain. Have you thought about putting her in her bed and sitting by her door with no catact at all to train her to go to sleep on her own? Or... my mom used to tie my sisters leg to the crib with a "satin" ribbon. as if CPS would give her a lighter punishment for using a pretty ribbon!
Good luck. Oh my hubby puts the kids to bed the same way. It is so frustrating
Oh I don't think you are a mean mom at all for letting her cry it out. We're taking Ty's binky away, and there is no other way to do it other than let him cry it out. So sorry about your back!
Oh Sarah, I hope your back feels better. I have a bad back and it is the worst ever when you can't move like that -- it is HORRIBLE pain. take care....
I hope you are feeling better!! See ya tomorrow.
