name- sarah elizabeth williams. age-30. location-mesa.
the most fun thing about being a mom- unconditional love w/ hugs (for a few more years, i hope).
and knock knock jokes from Grace that make no sense. knock, knock. who's there? manzana. manzana who? manzana apple! ha ha. thats a good joke... huh mom? (thank you preschool for teaching her spanish).
the hardest thing about being a mom- patience and cleaning. oh the cleaning...all day it seems.
tv mom i'm most like-i'd have to say like Susan from Desperate Housewives. a bit scatterbrained. but hopefully fun. in high school people always called me Phoebe from Friends.
the last thing i say to my kids before they go to bed- i'd like to say that "i love you" is but after having Brynly come out for a hour after i say that its usually....PLEASE, go to sleep, i need you to try really hard to not leave your room again. count some more sheep. then read but do not COME OUT.
the last book i read to my kids- Go dog GO. Fablehaven. illustrated scriptures.
the last thing my kids said that made me laugh- we were watching a Disney movie and at the end the couple kissed. Trake and Brynly were both disgusted and Grace was smiling. I said, why are you smiling? Grace(age 4)- i really want to kiss a boy mom.i just love boys sooo much!
most important life lesson i want my kids to learn-persistence. i'd have to say if they can stick with something even when its hard or seems impossible they'll be able to handle most anything.
the thing about my younger self that i'd like to reclaim- you know...way back when they were inflated.
