I think people read my blog b/c I'll be telling a story that I think is funny but they seem to already know about it.
Its really more fun for me if you say oh, sarah I sympathize with you.
Maybe you could say.....I sometimes yell at my kids too,
or I've let my daughter fall off a slide and then try to make her walk around on a broken leg for a day before I take her to the dr,
or I have issues with cleaning also,
or I spend to much money on "deals" I find on ebay....i could go on and on.
most people just laugh at me.
BUT you may not have these issues and its makes you feel better knowing I do. I like to hear peoples depressing moments too, it makes me feel better about mine. Whatever. I'll still write b/c I hear its good therapy. cheap too.
Fun post this time, I get to make fun of Eric.
We have a very dramatic 7 year old. Last night she starts crying saying her stomach hurts, then her neck and shoulder. I'm thinking what the heck kind of illness effects your stomach, neck and shoulder???
she didn't like what i made for dinner, she didn't want to do her homework or practice piano.
BUT, shes crying SO much, for 2 hours!
Eric is thinking it her appendix. I remind him she a VERY good actress.
He says if you don't stop crying I'm taking you to the dr.!
She keeps crying.
The good dad Eric decides hes going to trust his munipulative little sweetheart and take her to the dr.
4 hours at urgent care, x-rays, $20 co-pay.
and they come to the conclusion she probably has gas. HA!
the next morning brynly asks me- why didn't I get a stuffed dog from the doctor like Grace got?
BECAUSE YOU WEREN'T SICK!
all that for a stuffed dog.
shes grounded from tv for the week.
i hear its something about the middle child????
grace update
i took her to the gym yesterday and preschool today.
i still haven't gotten my dang wheelchair delivered but we all know how i do when i'm stuck at home.....
as much work as it was to get both kids there it was worth it. a little exercise sanity break, keeps you out of that post pregnancy stash.
at home gracies been getting bored. like she'll throw stuff down then tell me to pick it up, over and over OR she'll color all over elsie with markers or stamp her with the stamps, ya thats really funny grace.
BUT at the gym and preschool she suddenly became mobile. she scoots all around on her butt. kinda like those crippled kids on the 3 rd world country commercials.
hey, maybe i CAN make it 5 more weeks......

Glad to see you still have your sense of humor!! What a great dad to take his daughter to the doc! I don't think Jesse would have done that! :O)
Hilarious Sarah!
i'm not looking forward to those dramatic, fake sick episodes. i would've been so mad at my daughter, too!
