For New Years we set off some fireworks we smuggled in from Utah and watched High School Musical 2 for the millioneth time. We were all pretty much out by 10. The party life here for sure....

Christmas day hiking trip at Usery Pass. It was actually quite crowded. Eric is sweet and does whatever I want on my birthday without complaining, I picked the hike.
Its about a 3 1/2 mile hike round trip. Meaning 1 1/2 mile UP HILL. Grace did really good on the way up, she kept wanting to go and go, I think it was that hyperness before exhaustion. BUT she couldn't make it down so I carried her the whole way. I had to keep telling her to WAKE UP, kids are much heavier asleep for some reason.

Seriously a hike for your bday...on Xmas day! You're crazy. I'd have wanted some peace and quiet like a spa trip alone! :)

AHHHH!! Happy b-day. I hope it was a good one. I'll see you next week, sorry I have been so MIA- we've been shopping lots and out of town.
