MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

My birthday is on Christmas. When I tell people they say "Oh thats cool", then they pause and say "wait, no it isn't"! I decided this year, my 30th year, that I'm finally going to do SARAHS BIRTHDAY OBSERVED on June 25th. I tried it once as a kid but it wasn't a hit. Kids didn't think I should get presents for being 10 and a half.

Its just that Christmas is SO busy, especially as a mom, that even I forgot it was my birthday. The above pic isn't great but its the only one of my cake (singing at my moms). Every year Eric makes me a christmas tree cake for my birthday cake. After about 3 years of trying to shape the cake like a christmas tree he switched to cupcakes. The kids put as much frosting and candy as they can on top.

Its not that I want more presents OR more birthdays (I think I'm actually going to stick with 30 from now on) I just want a day all to myself!
