


FLAX SEEDS are not low in fat but they have those Omega 3 fatty acids that help you think better. The organic ground kind from Costco is really good, sneak it into your kids smoothies.
THE BEST GRANOLA- I really do need some carbs to make it through the day, so I came up with this granola. Its REALLY healthy but it fills you up. Its got tons of SUPER FOODS in it too, it really does make me happy. Sorry if you like measurements, I just throw everything in.
Get a big bowl full of oats and put in lots cinnamon and a scoop of Flax seed.
ADD some nuts; I like slivered Almonds and raw pumpkin seeds (lots of fiber and protein)
In another bowl mix- Molasses, stevia, splenda, vanilla, olive oil, light fruit juice. Pretty much whatever is healthy and kinda sweet. Then microwave it for about 30 seconds and stir.
Mix the wet stuff on the dry oats. I don't give you measurements because you just need the wet stuff to coat the dry stuff. If its to wet, add more oats and visa versa.
Cook at 300 degess about 20 min. Add rasins and snack away!
